Aly Eastmure and Lyndal Penna established Flair - Flowers & Design in 2000.

Having trained for over a decade under the late, great, Kevin O'Neill of Toorak Road, South Yarra. Aly and Lyndal list Kevin as their mentor, who taught them to never be afraid to use your imagination.

Both gained international experience and inspiration with leading florists in London .
